Scarecrow
An easy-to-make and inexpensive costume.
Things You Need:
- Clear packing tape
- Face paint safe for skin
- Flannel shirt
- Hairspray
- Lots of Raffia
- Tattered overalls
Instructions:
- Wear the tattered overalls and stuff it with raffia taped to
parts of the costume.
- Let the ends of the raffia exposed at the ends, such as out of
collars, cuffs and pants.
- Put lot of hairspray in the hair and make them stand straight up.
- Paint the face, only in case of older children and adults.
